A sovereign source for the electronics that fly.

Sparrotronics Private Limited was founded in January 2020 in Bengaluru so that an Indian aircraft need not import the boards it depends on. Under the SPATICS brand, one engineering team designs the avionics suite, Circute.AI and custom boards.

Why ancillary.

Airframes get the attention. The ancillaries decide whether a platform can be built at all: motor controllers, flight electronics, ground links and power systems are the parts most often imported, and the first to become unavailable when supply chains tighten.

We chose to be the ancillary provider: the company that makes those parts in India, keeps the drawings here and stands behind them with engineers who can change them. Make in India is the reason the company exists, not a label on the products.

How we work.

We work with OEMs, system integrators and government programmes, business to business and business to government. Engagements are scoped in writing, delivered in standard files and supported after delivery. We source domestically wherever a domestic part meets the specification, and say so where it does not yet.

Recognised as a startup, registered as an MSME.

SPATICS holds DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) startup recognition and a Udyam MSME registration, which government programmes look for under domestic-content and MSME-preference rules.
